Early Summer Pictures
Here are a few pictures of the summer so far. (No, I haven’t gotten around to formatting my video from Vox Sacramento. I’ll work on it this weekend! Promise!)
This is a picture Summer made for the school art show. We like to call it “Summer Picaso”. If you look closely, you can see more than one person in this picture. I’m thinking of using this one for my avatar. What do you think?
This next picture is of Graeme practicing piano. Both kids study the Simply Music Method, but Graeme swears that he practices much better while wearing goggles. Whatever floats his boat I guess.
There is a wonderful park here in Sacramento that we try to visit at least twice a month. My favorite thing about it is how diverse the kids are. It’s great! The picture below is of Summer posing as an alien. I think she must be the prettiest alien in the universe!

On hot, hot, hot days there isn’t much to do in the valley. Too many spare the air days to count. We usually stay inside on days over 100, but the kids have found creative ways to spend their time. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Melon!

Great pics…Graeme on the piano with goggles…classic! Summer is a wonderful artist, maybe we should put her and Sienna’s paintings up at the next VOX…?

I was thinking that same thing! Great idea! I think Heath and I may ask his aunt for a few paintings to put up at the next show. She is an amazing artist. She is the one who painted the picture in our living room.
Eric, you did an awesome job at Vox! I love your positivity. There aren’t many people like you left! Thanks so much for being a great person and inspirational person!
